what exercises will be included in a workout plan?
All the exercises that are in the workout are workouts for your body type as well as your limitation. If you workout at home it will consist of dumb bell and calisthenics.
Do you have experience training with people?
Yes, I have been training myself and others since I was in school playing sports. Then I decided to make it my career, So I moved to Kentucky and have been training others for 4 and a half years now.
how much does it cost per session?
I don't charge per session, I have workout plans that go by weekly and monthly, I do have a 21 day starter plan as well for my beginners.
